If your Haystack News payment fails, here is what to expect and how to fix it.
What happens when a payment fails
Your Premium access remains active temporarily while the payment is being retried.
Depending on your platform, the charge may be retried automatically within a few days.
If the payment cannot be processed after retries, your subscription will be paused or cancelled and your account will revert to the free plan.
How to fix it
Credit Card (via haystack.tv)
Go to haystack.tv and sign in.
Click your profile icon and select My Account.
Update your payment method and confirm.
Apple App Store
Update your payment method in Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping on your iPhone or iPad.
Google Play Store
Update your payment method at play.google.com/store/account/paymentmethods.
Roku
Update your payment method in your account at my.roku.com.
Amazon Fire TV
Update your payment method in your Amazon account under Payment methods.
