I'm not receiving the Haystack News sign-in email

If you are not receiving the Haystack News sign-in email, follow these steps.

Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder

The sign-in email may have been filtered automatically. Look for an email from Haystack News in your spam, junk, bulk, or promotions folder.

Step 2: Verify the email address

Make sure you are entering the same email address you used when creating your Haystack account.

If you signed up with Apple using the "Hide My Email" option, your real address is replaced by a private relay address. Use the Apple sign-in option instead of typing your personal email.

Step 3: Request a new sign-in email

Go back to the sign-in screen, enter your email, and request a new link. The previous code or link expires after 30 minutes.

Step 4: Try a different sign-in method

If you still do not receive the email, try signing in with Google, Facebook, or Apple instead β€” these options do not require an email code.
