To check your Haystack News subscription status, open the app and go to Settings on your device. You can verify using your User ID or the premium button.
Note: If you signed in with Apple, your email may be hidden. Use your User ID to confirm your subscription. What is the User ID?
On iPhone, iPad, or Android
Open the app and tap the Account icon.
Tap Settings.
Your User ID appears at the bottom of the Settings screen.
To view subscription details, tap Premium membership (Android) or Manage my subscription (iOS).
On Smart TV (Hisense, LG, Samsung, Vestel, Vizio)
Open the app and scroll to Settings.
Scroll right and tap About.
Your User ID is displayed here — it must match the ID on the device used to purchase.
To view subscription details, go to Settings and tap Manage my subscription.
On Roku, Android TV, Google TV, or Fire TV
Open the app and scroll up to Settings.
Tap About.
Your User ID is displayed here — it must match the ID on the device used to purchase.
To view subscription details, go to Settings and tap Manage my subscription.
On the Website
Go to haystack.tv and sign in.
Click your profile icon, then select My Account.
Your User ID is displayed here.
To view subscription details, click Manage my subscription.
